Topical incisions, cuts, and lacerations ideal in the operating room or emergency room with little or no tension-free closure

Wounds in problem areas where flexion occurs (between fingers or toes, elbows or knees)

Incisions and lacerations closed with sutures, strips or staples additional infection control

Topical closure of deeper wounds after subcrasic use
