Cold therapy :
Keep the product in the freezer for 2 hours. Wrap with a thin towel and apply to the desired area.
Hot therapy:
Use one of the following operations to heat the product.
In the pot:
Boil a pot of water and remove it from the stove.
Place the product in hot water and wait for 8-10 minutes.(Never boil the product directly.)< /FONT>
Take the product out of the water and wrap it in a towel and apply to the desired area.
In microwave:
Place the product in a microwave-safe container and cover it completely with water.
Set it to 3 minutes at the highest temperature.(Based on 600 watt microwave.)
