Shoulders

Shoulder – Stretching
Tape Stand on top of your head.
Start with your arms at your sides, keeping your elbow straight with your thumb pointing up.
Hold the tape.
Raise your arm above your head, keeping your elbow straight.
Slowly return to the starting position.
Shoulder – Fix the Extension
Tape securely at the waist level as shown in the figure.
Hold the strap and pull your arm back keeping your elbow straight.
Slowly return to the starting position.
Shoulder – Pull Out
Stand on tape.
Arms at sides, palms down Hold the tape and start in a forward-facing position.
Raise your arm from the side above your head
Slowly return to the starting position.
Fix the tape securely at waist level.Shoulder – Pull In
Grab tape .
Keep your elbow straight, pull your arm inwards
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
Shoulderbone (Pull Out at the Scapula Plane)
Stand on the band
Arms at sides, thumb pointing up position. Shoulder Internal Rotation
Sit or stand with your arm at your side and your elbow at 90 degrees to the band.
Grab the band and pull your hand inward towards your body as shown.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.

Fix tape securely at waist level. Shoulder External Rotation
Place pillow between elbow and body.
Hold tape with elbow bent 90 degrees.
Turn your arm out and pull it out.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
