Hydrogels are a mixture of water and gelling agents combined to moisten the wound or absorb wound fluid. 

It is most commonly used for the treatment of necrotic and yellow necrotic wounds requiring debridement.

GranuGEL is a unique combination of hydrocolloids containing sodium carboxymethylcellulose and pectin. contains the mixture; Prepared as a clear, viscous gel. 

GranuGEL maintains a fluid/moisture balance by absorbing or moistening the fluid in the wound. < /SPAN>

Increases autolysis, eliminates necrotic tissue and yellow necrosis. 

GranuGEL can also stimulate the formation of granulation tissue.
