It is applied for 20 minutes a day. Your hands and feet are in a basin or bowl filled with water.

Usage:
 

Fill the water containers halfway with tap water. (Not to overflow when hand or foot is dipped)

Plug the device into the socket. (220 volts )

Turn on the ON-OFF button. (On the back of the device )

Turn the polarity right or left. It is not important in the first application. However, in the second and subsequent applications, continue as right and left. Do not touch the polarity button while applying.

Set the dose adjustment button to zero.

Put your hands or feet in water containers.

Get a helper as your hands and feet will be in the water at the same time .

Turn the dose adjustment knob slowly to the right. Increase until you feel tingling. The point where the tingling starts is the most suitable setting for you. (This figure may differ according to the user's body resistance)

Treatment time, 10-40 minutes is recommended in the literature. 

When the time is up, set the dose adjustment button to zero.

Turn off the device and drain the water.
