Necrotic tissue and crusts delay wound healing. Necrotic tissue and crusts in the wound bed must be removed and cleaned for new tissue formation and wound healing in the wound.
Purilon gel is a hydrogel with absorption and watering properties, promoting natural autolytic debridement and providing moist wound healing.
The gel moisturizes when necessary and absorbs the discharge and debrided tissues when necessary.
Provides the absorption of dissolved necroses, crusts and excess discharge. Thanks to its very good absorbency, it reduces the risk of leakage and maceration.
Especially used in dry and moist wounds with necrotic tissue, it is also used in mixed wounds with dead tissue and new tissue. It is also used as a support material in general moist wound healing.
User guide:
1- Wash the wound,
2- remove the label from the product,
3- Break the tip out,
4- Apply the gel on the wound,
5- Cover it with a second dressing.

Thin or thicker dressing is recommended depending on the amount of exudate.
The gel's change interval can be up to 3 days.
