Product composition
Biatain® Silicone is soft and conformable with a semi-permeable and water- and bacteria-proof top film, a locking layer and a soft silicone adhesive layer. It is a polyurethane foam dressing.
Usage
Biatain® Silicone is suitable for leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, non-infected diabetic foot ulcers, donor sites, postoperative wounds and traumatic wounds (e.g. skin abrasions). It is indicated for chronic and acute wounds with various exudates such as skin lacerations, cuts). It can be used with compression therapy and can stay on the wound for up to 7 days.
